This website is intended to present the work of the media owner in the non-commercial portrait photography project "ARTUS.MEN - Young Urban Males" and to inform potential photo models about the contents and conditions of a photo shooting.

3. Note on Content

This website contains classic portraits of men as well as photos and videos of undressed male models. These depictions are of an artistic or erotic nature and may show the models in explicitly sexual poses and activities.

All of these models were at least 18 years old at the time of the respective shootings.

For persons under the age of 18 and those who cannot or do not want to see sexual content for further legal, religious or other personal reasons, there is a non-sexual version of the website at https://www.artus.men/classic-project/. This version is also accessed by clicking on " CLASSIC" in the preceding Content Notice.

In principle, every user is free to visit this website and view the generally accessible content. The provisions of copyright law apply to all content as does the age limit to adult content.

All texts, pictures, graphics and videos on this website are subject to copyright.

Any use of these contents (in particular of the photos and videos as well as the names and logos of ARTUS.MEN and ARTUS.PHOTOGRAPHY in the way they are presented) on other websites, internet profiles or news blogs as well as in any print products is prohibited, constitutes copyright infringement and will be prosecuted accordingly.

In accordance with personal preference or legal permission, on first entrance a selection has to be made regarding the content to be displayed.

Apart from the generally accessible content, this website also contains photo and video recordings that are not displayed to anonymous visitors to the site. These exclusive contents are only accessible to those users who have registered as Followers, Fans, or Models of the Project and who have been granted access to its Photoclub accordingly.

In addition to the recordings of their shootings, which they receive directly after the sessions, models also receive free private access to the edited images as soon as they are available and online.

To see the photos and videos that are rated as 'classic', i.e. all non-sexual content, users can register as Followers by simply providing their name and email address.

Those users who are also interested in the explicit pictures taken at the shootings sessions can register as Fans of the project and, when supporting the project with an appropriate support donation, will receive access to the corresponding content as a sign of gratitude or affinity. This access will be granted within a three-day processing period.

All support payments directly contribute to the continuation of the project and help to cover the costs of the shootings and pay the models' fees. No profit is to be made with it.

All contents made available via the aforementioned accesses are exclusively intended for personal viewing on the ARTUS.MEN website. The copyright regulations apply. No content may be downloaded, copied or otherwise made available offline in order to publish it elsewhere or to use or exploit it in any other way. The login details may not be passed on to third parties. Explicit or sexual content may not be made available for viewing or use by persons below 18 years of age.

With the registration as a Follower, Fan, or Model of the project these Terms of Use are accepted.

ARTUS.PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to refuse registration requests and/or donations without giving reasons and to deny access to the explicit or private content of the ARTUS.MEN website. In case of violation of these terms of use, an existing account can be blocked and the access authorization can be cancelled.
