WHAT AND HOW WE SHOOT
Our project covers the entire spectrum of modern full-range male model photography. As part of this, the classic portraits will show you either in stylish and fancy outfits or in artful nudes – depending on what sort of pictures you want to model for or get for yourself.
Before every shooting, of course, we determine exactly what kind of photos we will take – be it a Fashion, Lifestyle, Sports or Nudes Shooting (or a combination thereof): what you show and do is always up to you. Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory – and of course, you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to!
For your shooting you should then arrive punctually at the agreed date and time, be showered and shaved and, if possible, bring some of your own outfits to change. The kind of reward (especially the amount of payment you receive in addition to your pictures if applicable) will be discussed in advance and fixed in a model release. For this, please also bring an identification document (passport or driving licence).
Each shooting starts with a short styling and the definition of the outfits and settings of the session. A session usually consists of 3-5 different scenes – that is, series with different outfits and settings that change during the shooting. Depending on how many changes we make the shooting can last either just two hours or may even take up to four hours (e.g. when several categories are combined or you have a session with a friend or other model).
Finally, you will receive your pictures either on a memory stick or SD card you’ve brought with you or they will be sent to you by e-mail with a link to download them immediately after the session. If you get a payment, you will of course always get it directly at the end of the shooting.

For a classic portrait shooting you can choose from one of the categories listed above or combine them as you like. The outfits and settings are then agreed upon before the shooting. The following sequences from the fashion and lifestyle shootings of Robert and Alex will show you roughly what such a Classic Shooting is about and what your own photo session could look like.

Our studio provides all the necessary facilities even for more elaborate and extravagant shootings and also keeps numerous props and outfits ready for a creative and interesting photo session. Here, most of our shootings take place. Alternatively, shootings can also take place on location, e.g. in the city, in the countryside, in private or public spaces or at other interesting locations.
Artus is based in Vienna and has a professionally equipped photo studio in the direct vicinity of the ring.

Have a look at the shooting categories described above to see what you could do at a shooting. For each category there is a defined reward that you will receive as a payment for your efforts. See the information in the boxes below to find out how much you can get for what. For more details click the following link.
Generally, as a reward for your time and work as an amateur model in this project you will receive your photos as digital images for your own use immediately after the shooting. So you always get a free photo shooting on a professional level and your pictures to go!
From fully dressed to just wearing underpants – simply choose the outfit you’re comfortable with!
Yet, if you decide to do a nudes shooting, you will also get a decent payment in return for your special efforts – of course in addition to your pictures. How much you will get is entirely up to you, as you alone decide where you want to do the shooting and if you want to do it solely on your own or with a partner model.
In fact, besides classic nudes, we also do explicit erotic shoots. For an explicit shooting, you can get a payment of up to 350 euros. If you are also interested in modeling for such shots, please state so in your application. We will then inform you in detail about this option.
Whether you cover your private parts or reveal them – do whatever makes you feel all right!
However, one factor also determines whether you will be admitted for a specific shooting: your looks. Of course, there is a certain, avowedly rather subjective selection of models for our shootings through an initial casting. If you fit the typical “next door boy” look of our project models, there is certainly a good chance that your application will be admitted, and you’ll get the corresponding reward. If not, and it doesn’t work out for you, please don’t be too disappointed!
If you are interested in photo or video shootings on a collaboration base to use the taken pictures or videos for your own commercial interests (e.g. to use them for your sedcard or your online presence on social pay platfoms like OnlyFans etc.), please indicate that in your application. We will do such shootings on a TFP (time for pictures) basis, i.e. you will get the complete high-resolution footage of your shoots and the license for further editing and commercial usage instead of an additional payment.

DO YOU’VE GOT THE RIGHT LOOK?
Still not quite sure if you’re good looking enough to be a model? Well, don’t worry! Above all, models are one thing: photogenic! Good looks are certainly great… but still no guarantee for pictures that are just as good. Apart from the right look you also need the charisma that makes you look good in photos. And, of course, you should also have the courage to present yourself in front of the camera and show all the qualities you have.
WELCOME ON THE CASTING COUCH
So, do you now think you’ve got what it takes? If you have a natural charisma, good skin texture, and a slim or sporty figure that you are not ashamed of to present, that’s it! We are always looking for amateurs who want to model either for their pictures or for money. For this, you should be able to participate in a shooting session in Austria, as the shots will be taken on-location or in the studio in Vienna. And no, there is, of course, no casting couch on which you have to prove that you do fit. We will be checking that online ahead of the first shooting.
